While also providing different holistic healing services as well, the same place you go to beat up your body is the same place you can come and heal your body.

Hello!!! My name is Ashley Marchette I am 36yrs young and I am the Owner and CEO of Norka Fitness and Nutriton LLC. I'm a spiritual woman who puts her faith in GOD, a dedicated mom, and a passionate Business Owner. My clients' well-being is my priority, and I love guiding them on their holistic health and wellness journeys. When work and family life get hectic, I find my peace through meditation, travel, and my faith. I'll be 86yr in January and I couldn't walk a quarter mile and I couldn't play 18 holes of golf because I had so much muscle weakness. Now I can walk a couple miles, play 18 holes of golf with no problem at all, carry my clubs to the car, and I have a little bit of a calf muscle now.. So I'm happy.

My name is Rose-Marie Kelly. I am a 69-year-old retired Speech-Language Pathologist
who is also a business owner. I met Ashley in March of this year. My sorority was
interested in using her studio for a health and wellness event for one of our youth
groups. Her studio was beautiful, and I was immediately drawn to her warm and positive
personality. Ashley told me that she did personal training, and I signed up with her that same day. I’m not athletic but have always engaged in some form of exercise. (Walking, line dancing, aerobics, etc.) As I aged, I began to have problems with my knees and hips which were affecting my balance and mobility. Ashley said she could help me with that. The first six weeks were extremely difficult and painful. There were days that I wanted to give up and go home but she continued to encourage and assure me that she was on this journey with me, and I would see results. After 7 months of strength training, stretching and cardio, my stance is wider, my upper body is stronger, my core strength is improving, and my body is slimming down! I still have other areas that need work, but I’m pleased with the progress that I’ve made so far!
