My studio provides 1099sqft of carpeted space that can be utilized to host a variety of events. My studio also provides a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, electric hot plate, and dishwasher. The space also has a separate Mens' and Womens' lavatories along with a washer/dryer unit and full stand up shower.

Rate: $100.00/hr with 3hr minimum
